Mindfulness class for Senior Cycle Students. This class offers a space for students to come and experience Mindfulness practices in a group setting. An hour of relaxation and support, students will be guided in Mindfulness practices which will help them to connect with body and breath and support them in dealing with stress and anxiety.
Suitable for TY students and senior cycle students or those aged 15-18.
