Roisin is available to deliver presentations and workshops to organisations, schools and youth groups, sharing a practical approach to physical, mental and emotional wellness.
With a background in Education and over 17 years of classroom teaching experience, Roisín has worked with young people and teenagers both inside and outside the classroom and is passionate about giving students the skills to deal with life’s challenges and to understand how to self regulate during periods of stress and anxiety.
In 2015 she qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher with ‘The Mindfulness in Schools Project'(MiSP). Since then she has been teaching Mindfulness in schools and youth organisations.
She is a facilitator on the M-Pact Programme with The Alcohol Forum in Co.Donegal. This is a programme to support young people whose parent(s) have problems with alcohol or other drugs.
She is also a licensed Acupuncturist and health practitioner with an awareness and understanding of the body, Nervous System regulation and the Mind Body Connection.
